Terms and conditions
The following terms and conditions govern all use of the Potomac Social Solutions LLC's and the PotomacSocial.com website (“the Website”), application programming interfaces, mobile applications, services, and browser plugins. By accessing or using any part of them, you agree to become bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the Website or use any Services. The Website and Services are available only to individuals who are at least 13 years old.
Services provided by Potomac Social Solutions LLC

How an agreement between user and Potomac Media Group may be reached
– you set up an account using your email;
– you can at any time upgrade or downgrade your account (payments are recurrent, with monthly subscriptions);
– you will receive email notification after upgrade or downgrade;
Available payment methods
– Credit cards (secure payments handled with Stripe service)
Potomac Social Solutions LLC does not store any sensitive data (like credit card numbers, or passwords to external services).
Paid subscriptions – period of validity
By signing up you agree to pay Potomac Social Solutions LLC the monthly subscription fees indicated for that service. Payments will be charged on the day you sign up for service and will cover the use of that service for a monthly period as indicated.
If you have an account (you are an Account Holder) you agree to receive invoices and receipts electronically.
You are entitled to a guaranteed refund of your last payment up to 30 days after the payment was made. That rule regards your last payment, not whole subscription period or any set up fees.
In order to receive a refund please contact us using the My Account’s help tab within your account.
We will continue posting for two weeks after the month that you requested your refund ends at no charge to you, unless otherwise directed.
Limit to 1 time per customer.
Canceling paid subscriptions
If you subscribed to paid plan, you can cancel it at any given time without giving a reason.
Canceling of subscription can be done:
– for Credit Card subscriptions – at 'My Account’s' information tab within your account.
Withdrawing from Potomac Social
You can delete your Potomac Social account completely by clicking “Cancel Account” under the My Account’s information tab.

The Website is provided “as is”. Potomac Social Solutions LLC and its suppliers and licensors hereby disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Neither Potomac Social Solutions LLC nor its suppliers and licensors, makes any warranty that the Website will be error free or that access thereto will be continuous or uninterrupted. You understand that you download from, or otherwise obtain content or services through, the Website at your own discretion and risk.
All content included on the Site, such as text, logos, graphics, buttons, icons, images, videos, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the property of Potomac Social Solutions LLC or their respective copyright holder.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Potomac Social Solutions LLC, its contractors, its licensors, and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any and all claims and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising out of our Services and/or your use of the Website, including but not limited to out of your violation this Agreement.
